Steps:
1. Select the "Paint Brush" tool from the toolbox, set the stroke black and fill none; then select the "Marker" brush from the Brushes palette; now draw eyes, nose and lips by free hand.
2. Change the color of lips with red stroke.
3. Draw two lines indicating hair with black stroke.
4. Simple to draw but nice to look !!
